About Street
Street Smash Burgers was born in Lisbon in 2024 with a simple idea: going back to the roots of the burger with quality product and the smash technique. 100% beef, an open kitchen and a casual, authentic atmosphere. Today we’re growing across nearly 40 restaurants in 4 countries, and we’re looking for people with the drive to learn, energy and rhythm to grow with us.

The role
You’ll turn Street’s marketing priorities into ideas and content people want to watch, from first concept to shoot, edit and launch.

What you’ll do

  • Develop creative ideas for social media, campaigns, product launches, events and store openings

  • Turn marketing priorities into creative campaigns, from concept to execution

  • Create and edit photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms, adapted to each format

  • Build moodboards, visual references, storylines and content plans

  • Organise and support content shoots and creative productions

  • Cover events, collaborations, activations and key brand moments, in Italy and abroad

  • Bring new trends, references and ideas to the Marketing, Brand and Content teams

Who we’re looking for

Must-have

  • Creative and curious, with a real passion for content creation, Instagram, TikTok and social trends

  • Strong visual taste and a good feel for branding, storytelling and aesthetics

  • Comfortable creating and editing photo and video, and building moodboards and structured creative proposals

  • Proactive, hands-on and eager to learn, with the organisation to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Professional working proficiency in English

  • Based in Milan, available to work on-site and to travel when required

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with content creation and editing tools

  • Strong interest in food, fashion, music, design and contemporary culture
